So tomorrow’s (6/20) workout plans:

I’m excited. I really hope I stick to this.

Tomorrow’s my first day back to working out.

I’m going to do a quick 1 mile run then I’ll do Day 1 on the workout plan from downtownn’s blog as a kick back into working out.
