6/21 workout plans:
- Run 1.5 mile.
- Do the Tuesday Seventeen magazine workout video/magazine insert.
- Day 3 of Downtownn’s beginners workout.
- Run 1.5 mile.

I’m excited. I really hope I stick to this.
I’m going to do a quick 1 mile run then I’ll do Day 1 on the workout plan from downtownn’s blog as a kick back into working out.
